We love to work with real estate investors on Fix & Flip or BRRRR Investing (Buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat). We can handle everything from acquisition, Renovation and Tenanting. The BRRRR method describes a strategy and framework used by investors who want to “buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat,” and generate passive returns over time. This acronym indicates the steps to be executed in the correct order in which they appear. First, an investor buys a property that they are going to repair or renovate. The newly revived property is then rented out to the tenants for a longer period of time, allowing the rental income to pay off the mortgage to the owner, making a profit and generating shares over time. Once a substantial amount of equity is built up in the property, the investor can buy the second property by refinancing the first, and so on. The idea is to repeat this process over and over again over a period of 5 to 10 years, and eventually, you will have several assets that will pay you enough monthly income to leave your job and pursue a full-time real estate investment if you wish.
